Cajun Hot Rice

This simple recipe is great if you want to add some flavor to plain rice. By using bell pepper, mushrooms, and peppers you will create a spicy Cajun dish that will surely please.
1. Saute on:on and bell pepper in margarine or butter.
2. Add rice, stir. Add chicken broth. Stir in mushrooms and Jalapena pepper.
3. (Needs no salt or black pepper for taste). Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, leave cover on for 10 minutes.
