If you have never had tried oysters, here's the way to eat them and you will never turn back.

Ingredients:

1 pint Oyster in their own juice (shucked)
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2 cup Celery Chopped
1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon File Powder
4 tablespoons Butter
5 tablespoons Flour
2 cups Milk Hot
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper Ground Fresh
2 tablespoons Pimentos Chopped
