Bring any main course to life with this delicious side dish. It’s so easy and simple to make that your family will clamor for more.


2 tablespoons Corn Oil
1 cup White Rice Uncooked
1 Onion chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic Minced
15 oz Stewed Tomatoes can undrained
1 1/4 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce

2. In medium skillet heat corn oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add rice, onion, pepper and garlic; cook, stirring, 3 minutes.

4. Stir in undrained tomatoes, water and hot pepper sauce, breaking tomatoes with a spoon.

5. Bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
