Cajun Shrimp Pasta

This recipe tastes like something you would eat at a restaurant! It is sure to impress friends or family.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pepper Black
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1 tablespoon Garlic Chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Hot Sauce
2 cups Tomatoes Diced peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 cup Green Onion chopped
3 cups Chicken Stock
1 lb Linguine
1 lb Fresh Shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Directions:

1. Add the garlic and stir.

2. Add thyme, cayenne and black peppers, and basil and cook at low heat for five more minutes.

3. Add everything else except for the pasta, shrimp, and cheese, and cook over lowish heat for an hour.

4. Saute the shrimp in some butter and garlic until three-quarters cooked (pink, but not totally opaque).

5. Add the sauce and cook for an additional two minutes.

6. Add the cooked pasta and toss well with the grated cheese.
