Cajun Shrimp and Corn Bisque requires a little time to prepare, the end result is well worth the extra effort.This is addictive! Time does not include peeling and deveining shrimp.

2 Cups Potatoes 2 Cups Diced Baking Potatoes Peeled
1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning (Prudhomme&
1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper hot red
2 Cans Cream 2 Cans (14 3/4 Oz) No Salt Cream-Style Corn
1 Pound Shrimp 1 Pound Large Shrimp Peeled And Deveined

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a Dutch oven, and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat, and simmer the milk mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir in the corn, and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp, and cook for 2 minutes or until shrimp are done.
