Cajunized Oriental Pork Chops

These pork chops have a bit of a sweet and sour tang to them. This dish is delicious, and absolutely simple to throw together.

Ingredients:

6 Pork Chops Thick
1 dash Salt
1 dash Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
1 cup Onion chopped
1 Clove Of Garlic chopped
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
15 oz Pineapples chunks from can

Directions:

1. Salt and red pepper the chops.

2. Brown them slowly in a skillet. Add wine, bell pepper, onion, and garlic, Cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.

3. Remove pork chops, being sure to keep them warm.

4. Add the soy sauce and syrup from the pineapple.

5. Stir and simmer until more or less thick. Add the pineapple chunks and bring to a boil.
