Cake-Like Corn Bread

This is an easy cornbread recipe, only 20 minutes in the oven, and great with a pot of chili!

Ingredients:

4 1/2 oz Mix Cornbread (half box)
4 1/2 oz Yellow Cake Mix (half box)
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix all four ingredients together, stir until smooth and most of the lumps are gone.

3. Pour into 8 or 9 inch round cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
