California Almond Pilaf

Recipe Tags: Rice Recipes

Date Added: July 23, 2009
A simple, nutty side dish that uses California almonds to jazz up plain rice. A suggestion would be to pair it with sauteed green beans and a nice roast chicken.

Ingredients:

1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice Uncooked
1/4 cup Raisin Seedless
1 tablespoon Onion Dehydrated chopped
2 teaspoons Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 tablespoon Butter
1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
2 cups Water
1/3 cup Almond Slivered toasted
