6 Eggs
1 quart Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
6 slices Egg Bread (thick) diced
Raspberry Jam (optional)
Cinnamon Ground (optional)
Coconut Flake (optional)

1. Beat eggs.

2. Beat in milk, vanilla, sugar and nutmeg. Mix in bread cubes.

3. Turn into greased 2-quart baking dish. Jam or jelly may be swirled through mixture.

4. Or add cherries, raisins or other fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut, if desired.
