Sometimes a recipe just whispers "comfort food". This calzone almost shouts it. As you cut into this golden brown delight, whatever has gone wrong in your day will disappear.

Ingredients:

4 Pizza Dough
2 Avocados Whole
2 Roma Tomatoes Whole
1 oz Garlic
2 oz Ricotta Cheese
2 oz Chevre Cheese
1 oz Provolone Cheese
1 oz Spinach
1 pinch Parsley
1 pinch Thyme Leaves Thyme
Hot Sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 500F.

2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a pie pan. Put into oven and warm.

3. Roll out dough into a circle. Place mixture on pizza dough.

4. Fold pizza dough into the shape of a half moon. Seal tightly and prick with a fork.

5. Place on pizza stone in oven. Bake until golden brown.
