Why biuy jarred salsa when this homemade version is so easy to make? Adjust the recipe for personal preference on heat and texture. Make a double batch for a party!

Ingredients:

2 cups Tomatoes peeled chopped
1 Celery stalk
1 Onion diced
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 Green Chili Pepper Chopped

Directions:

1. Also delicious made with red sweet peppers or a combination of red and green for nice color.

2. Combine all ingredients; if finer texture is desired may be put through food grinder using fine blade.

3. Cover tightly and chill overnight.
