This is a fantastic recipe for the spam hater in your family or circle of friends. It is simple, quick, and goes great out on the grill!


12 oz Spam Luncheon Meat can
6 Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns split
3 tablespoons Thousand Island Salad Dressin
6 Lettuce leaves
2 Tomatoes sliced
6 Green Bell Peppers rings
6 Onions slices

1. Slice SPAM into 6 slices (3x 1/4 in).

2. In skillet, saute SPAM over medium heat until lightly browned.

3. Spread cut sides of bun with dressing. Layer lettuce, SPAM, tomato, green pepper, and onion on bun bottom.
