This pizza provides a healthy and tasty alternative to your everyday delivery pizza. The atypical topping selection provides a scrumptious meal for vegetable lovers everywhere.

Ingredients:

1 Pizza Dough Ball wholewheat
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Broccoli lightly steamed
1/2 cup Hearts Artichokes chopped
1/4 cup Olives sliced
1 Tomato sliced
6 Green Bell Peppers rings

Directions:

1. Preat oven to 500F & oil a 12" pizza pan.

2. Place dough on a lightly floured surface & press to flatten.

3. Lightly roll out dough into a 12" circle, place on pizza pan & pinch the edge to form a rim.

4. Spread the sauce on the dough to within 1" of the rim & arrange the vegetables on the sauce, ending with the tomatoes & peppers.

5. Bake until the crust is brown & crisp, about 15 minutes.

6. Remove from oven & let cool for 5 minutes. Slice & serve hot.
