2. Sift the soda and cream of tartar together and add to first mixture.
3. Bake on greased saucers in slow oven at 275 F for approximately 10 min.
4. Shape when warm in form of a lily, When ready to use fill with whipped cream.

These are soooooooooooo good. My family has made these at Easter since before time!! You forgot to mention to make a small powdered sugar frosting and then color it with yellow food coloring and then use a tooth pick to add a yellow line up the front on top of the whip cream that has been put inside the lily. Then it represents an Easter Lily!!
