For all you beef lovers out there, this is the recipe for you to try. It has a simple layout on how to prepare the dish and it leave plenty of room to add your own flare to the dish in case you're not totally pleased with the simplicity of the dish.
1. Cut beef into thin slices and thread onto skewers. 2. Mash or blend the Jalapenos,lemon grass, lime leaves, garlic and galangal together. 3. Combine the mixture with the remaining marinade ingredients. 4. and let cool. Taste for sweetness; it should be present but not dominant. 5. Marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least one hour. 6. Grill the skewers over hot coals, keeping the beef at least four inches from the heat lest the sugar burn, until desired doneness. 7.
