This pancake recipe gets its appealing taste and texture from cut up apple mixed into the batter. It is quick and easy to make, and especially tasty when served with real maple syrup.

Ingredients:

2 cups Flour
1 Sea Salt Pinch
1 1/2 cups Apple Juice or milk
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Honey
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Apple grated

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except apple with mixer.

2. Add apple and mix by hand. Spoon into oiled fry pan, at medium heat.

3. Turn when bubbles appear and harden. Brown other side.

4. Serve immediately with your choice of topping.
