This is a tasty treat that is reasonable easy to make and uses ingredients that a lot of people already have available or are easy to get.

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425F Mix 2 c baking mix, whipping cream and sugar until soft dough forms.2. Shape into ball. Pat dough into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan.3. Spread apples over dough. Mix 1/4 c baking mix, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.4. Cover edge with 2 inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.5. Bake 5 minutes; remove foil. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until edge is deep golden brown.
