3. In a small amount of water blend cornstarch until smooth.
4. Add to boiling liquid and stir constantly until thick and clear looking.
5. Grease dish. Place sweet potatoes in dish then pour liquid over them.
6. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.

Using fresh sweet potatoes is such an easy thing to do and they are so much better than canned.
