2. Place foil on the bottom of a baking sheet. Arrange crackers edge to edge on the baking sheet.
3. Pour butter and sugar mixture over crackers.
4. Bake 15 minutes at 325 F pour chocolate chips over hot crackers and spread the chocolate.
5. Let cool. Break into pieces. NOTES : I would try a little less butter.
