Candy Shop Pizza

What better way to spend time with your children then in the kitchen creating. For example, Candy Shop Pizza is a fun and easy treat for the kids to make all you have to do is smile and watch them have fun.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
10 tablespoons Butter softened
1/2 cup Sugar Granulated
1/2 cup Brown Sugar Firmly packed
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
10 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips divided
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Candy Bar Chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.

3. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.

4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.

5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

6. Stir in 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips.

7. Spread batter in lightly greased 12 inch to 14 inch pizza pan or 15 1/2x10 1/2 inch jelly-roll pan.

8. Bake 20-24 minutes or until lightly browned. sprinkle remaining 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels over crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto morsels.

9. Let stand 5 minutes or until soft and shiny. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter over crust.

10. Top with fruit and candy.

11. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
