This is a nice dessert recipe for kids and easily made by kids. The mixture of ricotta, sugar, orange peel and vanilla is fairly healthy for a dessert, with the chocolate chips lifting it from the ordinary. Kids will have fun both making and eating these.
1. In a large bowl with electric mixer at low, beat ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and vanilla just until smooth. 2. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. 3.
