Cantaloupe Fruit Salad

This recipe is quiet simple to prepare and a perfect diet during the hot summer.It would be great if garnished with some fillings over the cream and served cool to give it a mouthwatering look.

Ingredients:

2 Cantaloupes Med.
1 Pineapple Large
1 cup Raisin
1 cup Coconut Shredded
1 cup Walnut Finely Chopped
1 Apple Large
1 Low Fat Yogurt

Directions:

1. Remove rind and seeds from cantaloupe.

2. Cored, Peeled, and cut into small chunks. Cored and cut into small chunks.

3. Cut the cantaloupes into small chunks and mix with all the other fruits and the walnuts in a large Salad bowl.

4. Scoop yogurt into individual serving bowls and pass the fruit salad.
