This is a family friendly recipe that combines easily accessable ingredients to create an exotic tasting entree that your kids will enjoy enough to ask for seconds. Because the recipe is easy to put together and does not require hours of preparation time, you are, in essence, doing a Rachel Ray.


1 Chicken Breast skinned and boned
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Minced root
11 oz Mandarin Oranges
2/3 cup Sweet And Sour Sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil divided
1/2 lb Snow Peas trimmed
5 Green Onions & tops thinly sliced
1/2 cup Roasted Cashews Unsalted
