1 Cup Butter small lump
4 Teaspoons Icing Sugar confectioner'
2 Cups Flour whole wheat
2 Cups Dates chopped
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Unit Lemon Juice depending on the

Directions:

1. TART SHELLS: Cut the butter into the flour; add the sugar rand knead until well blended.

2. Press small amounts of dough into small muffin tins.

3. Press small amounts of dough into small muffin tins.

4. Bake in a 425F oven for 10 minutes. When cool fill with the following: FILLING: Simmer the above ingredients until the dates are of soft consistency.

5. Cool; then fill the tart shells. Ice with butter icing.
