Capetown Fruit & Vegetable Curry

This curry will have you eating in a hurry! Don't wait to try this recipe out because you are definitely missing out on a great and savory dish, made with love and maybe a kiss. Not only does it taste good, it's good for you!

Ingredients:

4 cups Onions Coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Peanut Oil
2 Garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger Grated
1 1/2 tablespoons Ground Cumin Seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons Cilantro seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed
1/4 teaspoon Black Cardamom
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
2 Zucchini quartered & sliced
1 1/2 cups Water
1 cup Green Beans
2 Apples Firm tart cored and cubed
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1 cup Apricot Chopped drieed
1/2 cup Raisin
1/2 cup Strawberry conserve
Fresh Lemon Juice
