Cappuccino Chocolate Chip Muffins

This recipe is really very easy and delicious. The idea of adding Cappuccino to the batter is very good. This adds more taste to the muffins.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Flour
1 Cappuccino Envelope any flavor
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup Coffee Chilled or milk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Butter melted
1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix flour, cappuccino, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl; set aside.

3. Stir eggs, coffee, sour cream and melted butter in a small bowl until well blended.

4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

5. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.

6. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
