This recipe is really very easy and delicious. The idea of adding Cappuccino to the batter is very good. This adds more taste to the muffins.

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.2. Mix flour, cappuccino, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl; set aside.3. Stir eggs, coffee, sour cream and melted butter in a small bowl until well blended.4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.5. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon batter into greased or paper lined muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full.6. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
