This basic fish fillet recipe is sure to please even the pickiest fish eaters. Easy to make and you get to use your favorite sauce for basting, what could be better than that?

Ingredients:

48 oz Trout fillets
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 cup Butter Melted or oil
2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Hot Sauce
Paprika

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients, except paprika, in a small bowl.

2. Place the fillets in a greased, hinged wire grill or on skewers.

3. Baste fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.

4. Cook about 4 inches from hot coals for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

5. Baste frequently. Sprinkle with paprika when serving.
