2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Brown Sugar Packed
1/2 cup Sugar Granulated
1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips finely chopped
1/2 cup Shortening
1 1/4 cups Milk
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Extract Of Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 Caramel Frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2 inch rectangular baking pan.

3. Beat all ingredients except Caramel Fluff in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.

4. Neat on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.

5. Pour into pan. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes; cool completely.

6. Frost with Caramel Fluff. Store in refrigerator.
