Caramel Strawberry Tortillas

Ingredients:

2 Unit Tortillas
2 Bananas sliced (up to 5)
1 Cup Strawberry sliced
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar firmly p
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon ground
2 Tablespoons Butter small lump
1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream (up to 3)
2 Tablespoons Sugar (5.5 oz)
1/2 Teaspoon Extract Of Vanilla or orange flower water; optional
1/4 Cup Sour Cream or plain yogurt

Directions:

1. Place tortillas on large baking sheet.

2. Top with bananas. Combine brown butter. bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, beat cream with granulated sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

4. Fold in sour cream. Chill. Serve tortillas warm, cutting each into quarters.

5. Arrange 2 quarters on each dessert plate and top with sauce.
