This is a very easy recipe for Carameled Sweet Potatoes, a delicious dessert that can become a traditional dish in your Holiday and special meals!

Ingredients:

5 Sweet Potatoes Cooked and peeled
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
8 Marshmallows
1/2 cup Walnut
1 cup Half And Half

Directions:

1. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place in a 9x13-inch pan.

2. Mix together salt, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over sweet potatoes.

3. Arrange marshmallows on top and sprinkle with nuts.

4. Pour half-and-half over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
