3 Yellow Onions peeled and quartered
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine preferably nonalcoholic white wine or vegetable stock
1/2 Teaspoon Salt fresh ground black pepper to taste

1. Use as condiment or ingredient.

3. Peel onions. Cut lengthwise into thin crescents.

4. In a medium nonstick skillet, combine all the ingredients.
