Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro minced
1 Teaspoon Jalapeno Pepper minced
2 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped fresh leaves
2 Red Bell Peppers roasted, seeded and peeled
3 Yams peeled, sliced and boiled
4 1/2 Cups Vegetable Broth Low sodium defatted
1/3 Cup Bell Pepper Red and yellow small dice
1 Tablespoon Garlic Garlic style Season to taste

Directions:

1. Combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

2. Pour soup into large saucepan and warm over medium heat.

3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

4. Serve warm.
