1 Quart Water
8 Ounces Butter
1 Pound Sugar
2 Ounces Flour
1 Tablespoon Extract Of Vanilla
1 Pound Brown Sugar

Directions:

1. Combine sugars, flour, and water.

2. Boil until thick( this could take as long as 30 - 40 minutes).

3. Add margarine and vanilla stir in til absorbed.
