1/3 Cup Olive Oil pref. greek
3 Pounds Shrimp shelled and deveined
1 Unit Onion large
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic peeled/crushed
2 1/2 Pounds Tomatoes peeled/chopped
1 Tablespoon Sugar confectioner'
3 Tablespoons Dry White Wine preferably nonalcoholic white wine or vegetable stock
1/2 Cup Parsley fine chop
1 Unit Pepper (to taste)
3 Unit Tomatoes
6 Ounces Feta Cheese crumbled

1. Heat enough olive oil in a large skillet to coat the bottom of the pan.

2. Toss the shrimp in the oil until they turn color (about 1-2 minutes).
