4. Add carrots, cover and simmer for 30 minutes until soft
5. Add sugar and stir, until mixture thickens
6. Fry almonds in ghee, on a low heat for 5 minutes, until golden
7. Add almonds, cardamon, and raisins to mixture, stir and cook for 5
minutes
8. Can be served hot or cold
