5 Carrots finely grated
1/3 Cup Sesame Paste (sesame seed paste)
1 Clove Of Garlic pressed
1 Tablespoon Miso white

1. Extract juice from carrots and reserve 2/3 cup juice and 1 cup pulp.

2. Whisk together carrot juice and tahini until well blended.

3. Mix together in pulp and remaining ingredients.

4. Spread generously on whole grain toast and top with lettuce.
