Catfish Baked With Cheese

Recipe Tags: Cheese Recipes

Date Added: January 04, 2014
Instead of pan frying catfish, try baking them. Baking highlights the fresh, delicate flavor of the fillets. It's inexpensive, easy to prepare, and so tender and moist, you'll forget it's healthy for you.

6 Unit Catfish
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Flour whole wheat
1 Unit Salt (very little)
1 Unit Pepper
1 Teaspoon Paprika divided
1 Unit Egg lightly beaten
1 Tablespoon Milk or part cream
8 Tablespoons Butter melted
1/4 Cup Almond
