Ingredients:

4 Banana Peppers sliced
1 Unit Cauliflower head cut into flowerets
2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
1 Red Pepper chopped
1 1/2 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2 Unit Eggs beaten

Directions:

1. Cut banana peppers in half lengthwise.

2. Place on bottom of a lightly greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish.

3. Set aside for now. Steam cauliflower for 8-10 minutes until crisp, but tender.

4. Drain. Place cauliflower on banana peppers and sprinkle with cheese and red peppers.

5. Combine flour and 1/2 cup of milk, stirring until smooth.

6. Add remaining milk and eggs, stirring well. Pour this over entire dish.
