1 Cauliflower 1 Cauliflower cut into very small pieces
2 Potatoes 2 Potatoes Pared &
1 Unit Onion 1 Unit Onion chopped,large
1 Unit Tomato 1 Unit Tomato chopped
1 Unit Garlic 1 Unit Pod garlic
1 Unit Ginger 1 Unit Inch ginger
1 Pinch Turmeric 1 Pinch Turmeric (optional)
1 Unit Salt 1 Unit To taste salt and pepper
1 Unit Pepper 1 Unit To taste pepper
1 Unit Garam Masala 1 Unit Garam Masala

Directions:

1. Make masala with onion, garlic, ginger, and tomatoes.

2. Add turmeric and spices. Break the cauliflower in flowerettes and cut the potatoes into cubes (8 pieces each).

3. Add both to masala and lower heat to simmer.

4. Cover the pot till the cauliflower and potatoes are coated.
