Cauliflower Greek Style

Ingredients:
1 Unit Cauliflower 1 Unit Head cauliflower sliced into long thin pieces
2 Quarts Water 2 Quarts Water reserved from cooking
1/4 Cup Milk 1/4 Cup Milk (evaporated is best)
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
2. Bring water, milk and salt to a boil. Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done.
3. Drain. Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.
