Cauliflower Walnut Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower broken into flowerets
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Tablespoon Flour whole wheat
2 Teaspoons Chicken Stock (bouillon okay)
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard optional
1/3 Cup Walnut (chopped)
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs fine
1 Tablespoon Butter melted
1 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram ; crushed
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Heat 1 inch of salted water to boiling, add cauliflower.

2. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes; then drain.

3. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a separate bowl mix sour cream, cheese, flour, stock and mustard.

4. Place cauliflower in 2-quart casserole dish. Spoon cheese mixture over cauliflower.

5. Mix walnuts, crumbs, butter, marjoram and onion salt together.

6. Sprinkle over cheese and cauliflower. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
