1. Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 minutes Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.
2. Cover pan and steam about 8 minutes or until almost tender.
3. Remove steamer basket and set aside. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
4. Cook bacon 4-5 minutes or until browned. Add scallions, cauliflower and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.
