Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Seed divided

1 Tablespoon Chili Powder (or more)

1 Cup Picante Sauce or salsa

3/4 Cup Sour Cream plain yogurt, or Cilantro Crem

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded

1 Can Refried Beans (16 oz)

1 Package Cream Cheese softened(3 oz)

1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
