2. Clean trout and leave heads on. Spread mayonnaise on inside of trout.
3. Put sliced tomatoes inside trout. Open fish grill and put half sliced onions and lemons, trout and remainder of onions and lemons.
4. Close fish grill. Either put on a rotisserie for 15 minutes or cook for 6 to 7 minutes on one side and turn for 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Serve with dill sauce or other favorite sauce.
6. In the absence of a fish grill, the lemons and onions may be placed directly on the charcoal grill.
