Directions:
1. Shred chicken.2. Cook shallots and sliced mushrooms in butter until most of
the liquid has evaporated.3. Stir in chicken,seasonings and broth. Bring to
boil and cook 2 minutes.4. Stir in cream, bring to boil. Turn off heat and
add half the cheese.5. Stir in pasta to cmbine. Place into a buttered baking
dish.6. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake at 350 F for 30
minutes. Broil 3 to 5 minutes.
