This cheesy dish will go down well in most families. This recipe is very easy to make but gives you the taste of a great dish! Its a win- win. The creamy sauce works exceptionally well with the melted butter to give it an extremely rich taste.

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Butter
3 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
3 Eggs beaten
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese grated

Directions:

1. Make a cream sauce by melting butter, stirring in flour and adding milk slowly, while simmering.

2. Cook until Cheese melts and mixture is smooth.

3. Cook before folding in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4. Bake in moderate oven (350) for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
