Directions:
1. Combine cheese, butter, and salt in food processor.2. Blend until smooth. Add flour and pecans and process until blended.3. Form dough into teaspoon-sized balls and place on greased baking sheets.4. Flatten with a fork, dipping fork in flour if necessary to keep from sticking.5. Sprinkle crackers with cayenne. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes, until just beginning to brown.
