Cheese-Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons Bread Crumbs fine
1 Egg beaten; for glaze
2 Onions sliced (1 1/4 cup)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/2 Pound Mushroom sliced
2 Cups Cottage Cheese 1/2% fat

Directions:

1. Saute mushrooms, add crumbs.

2. Put in quiche pan. Saute onions and put over.

3. Top with Cheddar. Combine egg and cottage cheese and put on top.
