Ingredients:
4 Cups Potatoes 4 Cups Potatoes cubed, cooked
8 Ounces Yogurt 8 Ounces Yogurt plain
1 Cup Cottage Cheese 1 Cup Cottage cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Salt to 1 ts
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper black
1/4 Teaspoon Dill 1/4 Teaspoon Dillweed chopped
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup Cheddar cheese shredded
1. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese; spoon into a 9inch baking pan.
2. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
