Directions:
1. Heat waffle iron.2. Beat eggs until fluffy, beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth.3. Pour batter from cup onto center of hot waffle iron.4. Cook 2 1/2 minutes for souffles, 4 minutes for crispy waffles.5. Remove carefully. Serves Tastes great all by itself or with toppings.6. If the waffles are coming out too greasy, reduce oil, not cheese.
